National Claims Consultants wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use natlclaims.com, learn about our services and contact us.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We check the site with automated testing (axe-core) and manual keyboard and screen-reader checks, and we fix issues as we find them.

What we have done

  • Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a "Skip to content" link.
  • Pages have a clear structure: one main heading, labeled regions for the header, main content and footer.
  • All form fields have labels, and form messages are announced to screen readers.
  • Text and links meet the minimum color contrast.
  • Images, icons and video links have text descriptions; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • The site works when zoomed to 200% and on phones, and respects the "reduce motion" setting.
  • An accessibility toolbar (bottom-left button) lets you change text size, contrast and other display options.

Known limitations

  • Videos are hosted on YouTube. Captions are provided by YouTube and may be automatic.
  • The map on some pages is provided by Google Maps. Our addresses are also written as text on every page.
